TAKE A LEGAL SHORT CUT-------It is too bad that some attorney hasn't notified those men who want to marry men and women that want to marry women ( Oh ! I gag at the very thought of it ) with a legal short cut to gain the same results excluding the word marriage and any reference there to. This short cut , a/k/a a durable power of attorney, is a simple instrument where by an
individual designates another person as attorney in fact or agent. That "other person" can reverse the contract so as to have two separate and distinct contracts. This step in addition to a living will should afford protection and what ever desire that man or woman has without using( or abusing)the label of marriage. I welcome any legal wit to challenge ( with citations ) to challenge the aforementioned. |

I laughed at the typical carping by O'Lielly regarding the Obama news conference tonight. And the rolled eyes, snarky expression both by Mr Ham, er...I mean Billo and Mz. Ham. How sad that the young Mz. Ham (with the pathetic banner Fox placed under her name - Graduate of the University of Georgia)obviously does not have the intellect or background to have the prominent platform given her. But listening to them both reminds me why THEY lost the last election by such huge numbers. The Dickless Morris, Hannity - colmes, heavily made-up Bernie Goldberg and all that type continue to gig there own holes and more power to them. They made no mention of Maj. Garrett (I didn't make up the name) and his dumb question...did you notice that?
FOX is even more silly and partisan then usual but that is their role so what else can we expect? The only thing missing is Palin as a FOX commentator to complete the stupidity. |
